OBC connection...
Hi everyone... I have removed an aftermarket alarm from my early 1987 325i E30 and would like to use again the code function. Right now, when entering a code, the engine starts without hesitation...which is not supposed to! So I must assume either the relay box is not working properly or it was bypassed.
After checking the whole harness, I found out that the OBC high harness, after green connector which plugs to the OBC module ends with a green wire connected to a green-red wire with two white conentors, all together..sort of a loop. But if I unplug this "loop" one of the white connectors may perfectly connect to a similar connector which goes out the Motronic over the glove box. This connector is already connected to a another harness, though but I suspect the my obc relay box is bypassed and should be connected back to this Motronic connector, green, yellow and black cables...
Any ideas? Help is much appreciated!
