Tach/Obc/Radio not working and a little more

So, my 1988 325ix has a handful of electrical problems, that I need some help with. So the PO had an aftermarket radio and amp, but ripped the amp out of the car.

So when I bought it, the radio doesn't work (no power or anything), the OBC gets backlight but no data, the tach/mpg doesn't work or light up in the back, and the a/c decides to turn off at random times(it'll be blowing air and all the sudden stop)

I have replaced every fuse, fixed splice 319, and tried a known working cluster.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance

Try messing with the wire bundle behind the gauge cluster ( the one behind the gas gauge). The purple wire is the power for the obc, speedometer
