Slim oem fan as clutch fan alternative.

So I bought an electric fan that was too fat to fit in between the motor and rad, and I may not be able to get cash back so I might have to exchange. Trouble is this is the only aftermarket they carry.

So have any of you used an electric fan from another model bmw (or any other car for that matter)?

    Thanks.

    Sold it.

Why not just use the oem pusher fan? We Spec E30 guys only run those and nothing else.

Are there many stop and go traffic jams in spec e30 racing?

Put on a (new) stock clutch fan and a stock fan shroud.

The only reason I want to replace the whole thing is because my fan blades broke as well, and I am generally fed up with the clutch fan.
