I noticed after I removed carpet that interior fills with water during rain. I took a hose and squirted water into the fresh air vents below windshield. Water then proceeded to fill passenger and driver footwells. Elephant drain is clean. What else should I be looking?

There's a seal around the airbox, it may be leaking.
