On my E30 the sunroof switch stays lit and operable even when the car is off. Is this normal behavior? I'm afraid it will drain the battery if left sitting for a few days.

If your drivers or codrivers door are open, sunroof and electric windows works even the ignition is off. Shut the door/s and what happens?M3 Sport Evolution 1990

With engine off and doors closed, the window buttons are unlit and inoperable. However, the sunroof button is still lit and I am able to open and close the sunroof.
