    E30 skidplates

Does anyone know where to get these? I imagine the dealer sells them, but they probably cost more there than anywhere else. Does anyone make them aftermarket?

Stearler sells them with your CCA discount at a reasonable price. I bought mine after taxes for $207.

The butthole stealership here doesn't give a CCA discount, they are fuckers.

        IMHO, Skidplates are a waste.
If your car is low enough to warrant one...
        1) Skidplate is only gonna make it lower
        2) Drive carefully and you wont crack the Oilpan
        3) Save the $200 and you'll be able to buy 2 oilpans *should* you destroy one.

meh, I guess I'm just not slammed on my frame rails :D

Good points, Chirs. My car's not going to be that low, so I guess I won't really need one.

Same here, The previous owner cracked 2 pans on the car, so far I've just put a couple scraches in it. If you just pay attention you'll be most likely fine. Plus I've got an extra pan in the garage in case.

My car is completely dumped, and i have NEVER hit my oilpan. Don't worry about it.

I got one chillin in my room if you want. I only paid 100 for it, but I wouldn't mind letting it go cheap.

I'm interested. Does this count for dibs?

I don't want to fook up my ride or have the black blood of my engine spill on the roadway......

Chris, I plan on running mine due to I am going 60mm drop all the way around. And you know our wonderful road conditions here in N.E.

Nah guy, I'm ordering my F-150 lift kit today yo!

In a more rational thought ( if I even spelled that right ), you made a very good point, however you wouldn't think I would be naive to buy a skidplate without a valid reason now would you? ;)

Edit: Also, I DID crack an oil pan on stock suspension, so I guess even now it would be a useful accessory

It is so gay, mine dropped it a while ago.

Chris, I want to lower my front end until the fender is level with the top of the tire. Tuck is gay in front.

I want some insurance or protection for my oil pan. I'd hate to have my car out of commission or in the shop if something where to happen.

Plus, getting it from Avus would be cheaper than an oilpan.
