Sudden no crank but all lights on, everything else works

Car started fine yesterday. Did some work yesterday and this a.m. it would not start. Key turns and all lights come on but no clicks or crank.

Tried second key, same thing. Ran codes, nothing.

Was adjusting new steering wheel (from airbag to m tech 2). Took wheel off, still no change.

Not a battery issue.

Mystery solved, cycled central locking system and voila, started.
