HELP no fuel no spark stuck at car show
i have a 1990 e30 325i coupe , bought it 2 weeks ago and have beed driving it every day , ripping on it a little but nothing too hard . it had a rough idle so i ran seafoam through it with 89 octane gas and th idle went from a serging 1000-1200 down to a 800 with very minor surging . but when i punched it and tried to get sideways or even when just trying to get into the high rpms it would sputter . last night i tried to start my car after having dinner out and it wouldn't start for a half hour , finally it started and it was good all the way home. this morning started up fine , drove to pick p my friend on our way to a car meet and when i went to start it up again it wouldn't start again ( only cranking) after pulling plugs and trying spark test (witch showed no spark at that time ) it finally started up , drove fine all the way up .. well after the meet it wouldn't start , pulled the fuel filter line and had someone crank it and it was barely dribbling out of the line , checked for spark again , but no spark . tried to start it for a hour but she wasn't having it , tried tapping fuel pump checked all conectors , pulled plugs the whole 9 . wondering if anyone has had any similar experiences ? i had to leave the car a hour away from my house at the racetrack it was at (150$ to tow home ) would like to avoid that at all costs .
