Yes another one of these EXCEPT:

The car sat for more than 3 weeks (it rained but was not driven)

I come back and discover the driver's side is soaked up to the floor mat!

When I had water, I took the front seats and carpet out. Made sure there was no mold...found some today on the bottom section of the rear seat. Than wet vac'd all the water. Let the carpet air out and disinfect the floor boards, mats. It sucks and is a long process but if you don't get everything out, rust and mold are going to be walking into your life

This has been covered many times over. Search for "wet carpet." The culprits could be as easy as a clogged elephant trunk in the engine bay, near the ECU pass-through / blower motor cover, or as difficult as a cracked / rusted wheel well. Other sources may include a leaky bulkhead because the foam gasket has gone bad, or from clogged sunroof drains, or plugged up body drains near the square metal pieces right behind the front wheel wells.
