Differential Rattle

Did you guys every notice your Differential(3.73 LSD) raddle alot at high RPM's, if you didnt change your differential fluid for a while? Also, how did you get your bolts off to drain the diff fluid? I used an allen wrench and a long metal pipe, but that doesnt seem to work, anyone else have any suggestions?

i had the 14mm hex head socket on a socket wrench and then put a jack under it and jacked it up....it was actually lifting up the car!! i then proceded to hop on the bumper once and it gave way!....fucking mechanics torque the hell out of shit with air guns.

I used an allen key and banged on it with the palm of my had. Make sure you undo the fill plug first, because, if you get the drain plug out and cant get the fill plug out, you cant refill the diff. :D

That happened to me with my tranny. I was freakin out for about a half hour, but I eventually was able to loosen the stripped fill plug.
