    reving problem

All right i have swaped a i motor in my eta it runs great, but when im pushing down the throttle just a little bit it will climb in rpm's any higher the motor cuts out. and then when i floor the pedal the car only 4000 rpm and then acts like there is a rev limiter there.

what do you think it would be?

if it rews up well and at higher revs it has problems first of all check the fuel pump... u may install the 3.5 engine pump, it lasts longer and pumps more fuel :)

My car has a brand new pump (its an m10) and it hits what seems to be a rev limiter @ 4500rpm... could my tack be off?
