Glove Box

In my 325es the glove box wont open. i tried unlocking it and it doesnt change a thing. you can pull the handle literally til it is horizontal and the glovebox still wont open. any suggestions on how to maybe pry it open, and/or fix it?

thats gay! it happend to me its alot more difficult than the write up implies. i ended up pulling to hard and snapped the glove box in half! but it was ripped anyways so i had a donor.:D

I used a small prybar, destroying virtually all of the mount.

I do NOT recommend this technique.

i was suggesting dremel. it was quick and painless. pictures are in the link i provided
