    No Fuel, No spark, Help

Hi guys this is for my 86 528e with the Eta engine. The car won't start it just cranks and cranks. The fuel pumps don't kick on when the key is in the On position and they don't come on when cranking the car. There is no spark while cranking. If I bridge the fuel pump relay the pumps will run but the car still won't start. Both Fuel pump and main relays have been with replaced with used working ones. I just confirmed that the ICM and ECU were good yesterday as I tried them in an 86 325e and the car started up and ran fine.
I also just tried Bridging the wires going to the OBC relay like Jordan did to get his car running and still no luck.
    Any ideas?
This car has been sitting in the garage for a year, during this time it's recieved a rebuilt head, all new gaskets, new used Engine wiring harness, new Auto tranny flywheel.

well... do you have power at the solid green wire on that OBC connector i bridged? to you have power at pin 27 on the ECU? did you check if you crossed the 2 connectors that goto the refference sensor and the rpm sensor?

3.2 volts at the Solid green wire on the OBC Relay, I can here the Fuel pump relay click when I bridge the two wires.
No voltage at pin 27 on the ECU harness
And the speed and reference sensors arn't switch. The E28 uses color coded connectors and I've double checked it 4 times.

It's a different pin on the E motronic. I don't have the book for those cars either. Sorry.
