hey guys, just wondering what kind of fuel pressure guages you have. id like one that can stay in teh car, in the engine compartment.

that would be the regulator, i plan on buying an afpr from bavauto. it doesnt have a guage, i was asking those of you who have bought seperate fuel press guagesYour signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

autometer electric fuel pressure gauge. sender is mounted in the engine bay tee-d into the fuel supply hose right at the fuel rail. that mounting bracket for the gauge is also an autometer part and gets the job done
mechanical gauge is way cheaper but i wanted to be able to monitor mine from inside the car while drivingJames

the main reason i wanted the one from bavauto was that you can mount it in the stock location. but i guess i can sacrifice that for the extra 60ish bucksYour signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

stu, did the fpr come with the adapter for the fuel rail?
if not where did you get yours, or did you just have one layin aroundYour signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

im not sure which one your advocating
i think the adapter would be able to seal just as well as an fpr mounted to the rail.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.
