So my car seems to be having an issue displaying the correct fuel level. It always reads that the tank is about 4/5 full. However, when the car does get 'low' on gas, the fuel light will come on letting me know to fill up.
I took my cluster out and cleaned up the terminals on the fuel gauge, but nothing changed.
I was wondering if there are any other issues that could cause this? My next step would be to replace or refurbish the sender unit, but I am curious to see what others have done if they had the same issue.
