HOW to install front M Tech spoiler?

i wonder how should i install the front M tech spoiler on my pre87 E30?
i know i should fix on the bumper and on the sides, but why are there holes on the bottom???

Nice, I like the M Technik 1 kit better than the two. The holes are probably there from someone who attached a EVO or IS lip to the bottom of the spoiler.
