Engine idling rough and stuttered and engine cut out while on the road.
Added Dry Gas to remove any condensation(weeks of rain) and car ran fine for 60 miles.
Parked overnight.
Next day Engine started and idling very rough. Added another Bottle of Fuel Additive this time. Tailpipe coughed out a spray of liquid...smells like fuel.
Stomp test = Motronic Code 1252 Fuel Injector 2 or group 2
Unburnt fuel.
Is it safe to drive/stutter to repair shop for vacuumn test and injector replacement or will it catch fire?
Any thoughts much appreciated.
