I need help identifying a wiring harness in my 91' 318IS. It's on the passenger side engine compartment in the front coming off the headlight harness. There are 2 sets of wires coming off it, male and female with purple and brown wires on both. The male and female connectors can plug into each other creating a loop. Anyone know what these are for and whether they should be connected to each other?
