Checked my plugs today (Bosch platinum 4's-are these the right type for the M42? Previous owner had these installed) How do they look?

Wire 1/2 looked the same
After taking the wires off the last two plugs I noticed this:
What does this mean. From doing a search, this calls for valve cover seals. Anyone have p/n's for these?
