E30 316i Fuel Pump Replacement

Hi All,

I have been searching high and low for some assistance on replacing my fuel pump.

I found dudesky's one for the E36. (which is excellent btw)

Is it pretty much the same? Or is there anything else i need to know?

Sounds essentially the same to me. Of course for those who don't know where the pump is located he should have stated that it's under the rear seat bottom, on the pass. side, then proceded to the directions. Personally I've never disconnected the battery either, it's easier to just pull the fuse, or relay if you want to make sure that the connector won't spark, but that's just me.

Good luck on that. These fuel pumps are expensive. You might come up cheaper ordering it online.
