started the e30 last night and smelled gas (worse than usual). Noticed i was leaving quite a trail as i backed out of the driveway. Gas was POURING out from under the engine compartment. Any thoughts as to where to look first and how to correct this?????

Fuel lines..... J/k I would check the lines that connect to your fuel filter. When was the last time the filter was changed?

do you have a 325e? if so a common spot for fuel to spew out is right at the connector for the intake manifold.Comment

leaking gas can be extremely dangerous I suggest you replace all of your fuel lines, but it maybe just the cold start valve leaking.Comment
