    Alternator bearings?

OK, so I remember reading somewhere (IE? BavA? BMP?) that someone makes an upgraded alternator bearing set for our cars.

Anyone know about this? Anyone have them? Anyone care?

I am sofa king sick of the wheedling noises form unda mah hood.

The sell the bushings to replace the soft rubber bushings where the mounting bolts go through.

Crap. Adam, are you sure about that? Thes alternators seem awefully noisy to me...I might be having one crapping out on me, but still I cannot get rid of the racket.

Where is any rubber bushing on the alternator mount?

      Thanks,
      Luke

cool man. Thanks for the input, guys!

As far as it going out, it just might be...but less than 3,000 miles, I doubt it. I sure hope not!

Is there a way to flex the mount using a long pry bar to see if they are bad?

Mine is actually making noise aswell.

Can't I just swap a newer non bushing alternator on there?
