    brakes

so i'v noticed my brake pedal getting stiffer... i bled my brakes and put in new fluid, stainless lines and the works. but it feels hard to push in the pedal, I'm 99% sure that the problem is vacume related.... I think that my brake booster is having some issues... what are the odds of that? or could it be the one way check valve that comes off of the booster? or what else could it be?

Try pressing the brake pedal a few timew with the engine off. The pedal should get progressivly rock hard and should hold that pressure. Then, with you foot still on the brake, start the engine. Your foot should go down but not to the floor. Keep your foot on to make sure that it does not slowly go to the floor. If it goes slowly to the floor, most likely it is the booster. It could also be the master.
