    cv boot replacement

Is there a way to change cv boots without removing them of the car, like just disconnecting the diff side off? Removing the cv from the wheel hub is a PITA.
    Thanks;)

-Yes, but only if you're just replacing the inside one.

Why only inner one? once the inner joint is off the car, the outer boot can be changed also.

So I just need to unbolt the allen screws that holds it to the diff to change inner and outer boots?
