    Oil pressure light/Gauge Install

hey guys, Ive got a few questions. As most of you know the 318 has a dumb problem of busting the oil pressure switch(which i didnt know about and put oil in it and checked and it was a little over maxed, forgot to put the cap back on and car ran like shit till i did, so it has oil pressure.)and mine is leaking pretty good from there. I was curious what would it entail to install a oil pressure gauge that i have sitting around, what is the normal pressure for the m42 to run. It is an older sunpro gauge i had bought for my monte carlo ss, its got the sender, wiring and gauge(its white faced unfortunatley but ohwell). Im going to be turboed soon as well and would be good to have this. Do i just install a T between the bottom of the oil filter housing, intall the new pressure switch and install the sender for the gauge on the open end of the T? thanks!

oil pressure is nice but oil temp is >. if your pressure drops then you are screwed, w/ the temp gauge you can see it coming instead of when its too late.
