Last night I bumped the positive lead on my starter while I was connecting by master cylinder and now the car will not start. I just finished a m50 swap so it could really be anything. THe car started a week ago, could grounding out the postive lead on the starter really fry it? I am still getting power to the starter, and I can't find any blown fuses. The relays also all seem to be clicking on.

I don't know about m50 starters but on mine there is also a little spade lead that clips onto the starter. I have bumped this lead before and the car wouldn't start. Sounds like you probably checked all your connections though.

Some us models have main fuse(euro one do not, weird), a heavy short will fry that fuse. Also that kind of short can starve battery, if it already has low current.Current:
