    Hard to start/electrical problem...

Hello to all people on this board! :)
    I own a 1985 E30 with an L-jet M10...
Lately,I m having problems starting the car up in cold mornings
and there s a weird electrical related problem as well...
When I turn on the lights after starting the engine there is a
5-6 sec lag before the lights actually turn on!
What can be the cause of these problems?
When the car is warmed up,both problems dissappear! :-O

I would bet the cold-start problem is related to your warm-up regulator, should be mounted on the block. Follow the fifth injector fuel lines and you'll find it. The lights? I have no idea.

The lights could be a bad relay? Is it just the headlights that do this? So the tail lights will turn on fast, but the headlights will turn on slow?
