Tach died. put a spare cluster...

I still have no tach after I swapped a new cluster in. Everything else works on the cluster... SI board if bad operates other stuff if I recall.

    Fuses are good.

    any ideas???

I searched the forums with not much luck...

Have you checked for good connections at the C101 plug?
Read about this happening before, turned out the fault was their!

    Worth a try anyway.

I'm having a very similar problem. No tach in two clusters. Where is the C101 plug?

c101 is in the engine bay where the engine wiring harness plugs into the car's harness.
