Help ASAP

Ok so its been a long while since I have been around but I am working really hard on my car. I am ordering the e46 kit( I don't care if you like it or not) and I just got my sparco strut bar in from evosport and I can't say anything bad about them it got here in 4 days. But I want to replace my timing belt and all. I can work on cars. I can handle most projects in my garage. Can this be done? Can you give me a list of parts I need to do the task including any tools I might not have(specialty tools) and a round about price to spend on all this stuff. Most of the tools I can rent from autozone so just parts how much and I looking at and how hard is it? Thanks guys and I want to do this today so any quick responce would be great. Thanks
