    About the horn

My Dad gave me an Italian horn. Now, I just about had it wired up, until I tested it through the normal horn wiring, and it doesn't have enough power running through it to power the horn so it sounds. It just has enough to sorta spin the compressor. Any ideas as to how I could get this to work through the normal horn wiring (so I don't have to make another switch)?
Me: "I can't wait to redline my car!"
Mark: "Didn't you just break a rocker arm?"
Me: "Yeah, I don't think I've learned my lesson."
    Mark: "You never will."

well, try first it directly from battery, these horns tend to seize when not used for long time, also check for leaks or use only one horn

Yeah, the horn works just fine through the battery. But, it doesn't work through the normal horn circuit. Like I said, the compressor turns, but not fast enough for the horns to blow. Any way to up the power?

then find out if your ground or + is bad. use chassis ground and + from horn connector if no help, find that wire near fuse box, if no suxess use relay and separate power from battery, always use fuses on your circuits or if you mess up things can get ugly :!:

Yeah, that's what my Dad told me. I just don't want to have to make some goofy ass switch. I want to use the regular horn buttons.
