    Takin' out a diff.

Does anyone have any hints/suggestions on getting the 4 top bolts out that are the hardest to get to? I am already using a ratcheting wrench and plenty of lubricating oil. its really hard to get any type of leverage on the bolts to get them cracked. The hard lines are kind of in the way but I don't want to have to take those out. Any tips and suggestions are mucho appreciated. thanks

I just used a box wrench for those top bolts. It sucks because there is no leverage, so you just have to use your muscles. Make sure you loctie them when you put the diff back in. I've seen multiple times where those bolts would come loose after the diff was swapped.

I always just fit a 3/8's ratcheting wrench up there and crank for all im worth. Has worked every time so far. I managed to pull my diff, reseal it, and put it back in bymyself in under 2hrs.

Wow mot, that's not easy. I needed a helper bigtime. those bolts are very hard to get to, but it is possible. Just keep at it.
