can't go full throttle...

...suddenly because motor will bog heavily .. i can get to redline in 1st & 2nd but only at gradual throttle...(takes forever with this ETA rear end)
swapped in wires & cap-- what else should i chase ..?

Crack open your AFM and look for signs of wear.

Alot of people 'round here have had this problem including me, the potentiometer wears down and a simple bending of the contacts cures it.
