Gas tank door

Does anybody know how to remove the little swinging gas tank door? any trick so that I dont' break anything?

When you open it there is a spring. The spring is held on by a little hook thing that holds it to the body. Take a flat head screw driver and just move the spring in the direction of the open part of the hook thing. When it is off, the spring and door come off by simply sliding the door up off of it's posts that it swings on.

I almost 100% that there is a couple bolts in behind the wheel well for this. you might have to take off a plastic cover or something, but I remember them being back there.
