Rear Trailing Arm removal help please...

I'm having trouble removing the right hand bolt on my back right trailing arm... there is limited clearance for the bolt to fully come out...

Do I need to remove the fuel line?... would that help?

Any ideas? TIA

Yes, remove the large fuel line and it will give you just enough clearance to remove the bolt.

What was the culprit ? is this on your e36 ?

nope, e30.
p.s we removed the rubber fuel line, and it made things 1000x easier.
(although the fumes were pretty strong....)

Make sure your tank is about half full too.

We weren't sure, and didn't feel like coming around to the other side of the car to check the fuel gauge. dumb huh?

Hey Les, how about the sparks coming off the dremel right by the fuel tank inlet pipe. That was pretty cool, huh? Real sphincter tightener there...
