At last I assembled my engine, it runs fine, the valves still rattle a little bit, it's a mild sound, I was afraid of adjusting them too tight, i adjusted them to spec .20mm, but with the feeler not tight, and they rattle a bit.
It's an m10 carburated engine.
But i have a question, there is a throttle positioning vaccum/electric thinghy on the side of the carb. It looks like the old chevrolet throttle linkage solenoid (the one that prevented dieseling)
This thing worked properly before I dissasembled the engine, now it stays holding the throttle linkgage at about 2500/3000 rmp's.
The point is that there is a vacuum/electric plunger that will not retract, I knw the part is ok, because it worked, so i must have connected the vacuum hose wrong. (the electrical connector is ok, because there is just one plug of that shape.
My question is, where do i connect the vacuum hose for this thing, to the intake, but - --- above or below the throttle valve ????
NOTE**** THE ARROW POINTS TO THE CARB GROUND, I AM ASKING ABOUT THE ROUND BLACK THING ON THE TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER OF THE PICTURE. (in my car it's metal though)
