are there any one-touch mods for the sunroof and windows?

i miss that feature alot .. and the roll it up with the key thing like on the vw... i always seem to leave my rear driver window down and have to get back in and turn the car to acc and roll it up

Autoloc makes them. you can buy it at...

Bavarian Auto or Mesa Performance Parts or Auto Loc. I've got the one touch windows and absolutely love them. My car is a convertible so I don't know about the sunroof. I too was used to one touch from previous cars and am glad the one touch modules work so well. Had them in for over a year now and no problems.

Yes, the sunroof system works the same as the windows.

$99 for both windows, $69 for the sunroof.

        Not bad :-)

Couple it with some E36 switches.... ;)

I don't know if I'd bother ordering anything, try going down to your local audio/alarm shop and seeing how much they'd sell you a one-touch module for. You can wire most into a stock power window setup, and can wire some up to your alarm too as a bonus.

it's most likely the same Autolöc/Stellär system too. Save some $hipping.

My alarm rolls my windows up for me. :) It would be nice to do the sunroof too, but it would be difficult since e30s open in two different ways.

Nice. Which brand of alarm do you have? I'm thinking about the same thing. So does it roll them up and then arm it; or does it arm and then roll them up?

It's a Clifford Concept 600, it has all the goodies like interior/exterior proximities, shock sensor, etc. It also has the auto headlight feature, but had them disconnect it because it kept messing with my check panel... i.e. the license plate lights, etc. I don't know if they make that model anymore, but I've had some problems with the brain and master remote a couple of times. I also had it in probably 8-10 times the first 6 months after I got it, just getting little crap sorted out. I hear the Intelli-Q is a lot better though. Also, I think that these auto window roll-up deals are not really designed to work with E30 power windows. E30's use a screw type motor which is slower but more powerful than most. My windows won't roll up all of the way if they are not down all the way to start for some reason.

My alarm won't get set off if I hit it right after I arm it, so it must wait a few seconds to roll up the windows and then arm it. I've never had any issues with it getting triggered from the windows moving.

                    Hope this helps.
