I'm sorry I didn't notice that first post with diections it is as if it wasn't there, usualy I have a good atention to detail (or the obviouse).
I really like the look of these new designed headers from Ireland. I regular that site but haven't in a couple onths and I think I am going to get those headers. Any more advise? Anyone have thoes headers and recomend them? They seem like the way to go for a budget and a good place to start building a custom exauhst.

.....and are another bolt-on that will not give you any noticeable gains unless you do other extensive mods.

If you're on a limited budget, put your money towards suspension, and properly tuned aftermarket engine management (piggyback ecu) and you will enjoy your car much more........or save up to do extensive mods.

The Unichip piggyback unit gave me 15rwhp & 14rwtq on it's own, and completely stock engines will benefit as well.

That sounds good and more power gains than most mods. How much is a piggy back ECU and where can I find more info on them?

SMT6 is a popular & flexible (do-it-youself) piggyback........and Unichip (by Dastek, SA) comes professionally installed & tuned on a dyno. Below are links to their websites.........

The Unichip sells for appx US$400 -500 which includes installation, the dyno tuning & 2 dyno runs (before & after). I am not sure how much the SMT6 costs.
