    Removing Rusted Exhaust Tips.

I am trying to replace my exhaust tips. The tips on there now are pretty rusty and stuck in there. They go inside the muffler, they do not sit on the outside like they should and were clamped on. I have drilled holes in each tip and put a screwdriver in there and pulled on it. I have also tried heating the muffler outlet still didn't work, any suggestions?

Try some wd40, but the muffler will smoke for a while when hot.

the new tips are 2.25 in 3 inch out with a rolled tip. I think the 3 inch may be a little large but i like the rolled edge.

I am located right off 85 in Hopkinton, near the Milford/Holliston border
