I'm having my brakes redone in the next week or so. I need pads, rotors, and possibly new lines (braided stainless perhaps?) Anyway, I love the life of the BMW factory pads, but I HATE the level of brake dust. Is there a good, long lasting pad for everyday (occasional spirited driving, to highway cruising) use out there? BTW, my current pads lasted 3 years. If anyone has any tips for factory brake applications, that would be helpful too.

Pads
I have had good luck with Hawk HPS for street use. They aren't too dusty either. Only disadvantage, only front pads are available for the e30, non ///M cars. Send me an email or PM if you want a quote on the pads, or rotors.
