does anyone know the diameter (in milimeters) how wide a 325i, or 325 throttle bodie is? i want to put one on my 85' 318i but i want to see how much bigger they are. or does anyone know where you can buy bigger throttle bodies for an 318i? thnks.

the eta tb will fit inside the "i" tb...
but I don't know if the fittings are the same for the 318... -
i think mine are smaller....ill have to pull it of and check it out. im also not sure if the throttle cabbles are in the same location since my throttle bodie is mounted vertically. and i also dont know what ill do for the boot that goes from the throttle bodie to the air flow meter. any body have any ideas?'91 318isComment

Not to be harsh, but it's really a waste of time on a stock drivetrain, you really won't gain any power, and in some cases you might even lose some. 8)

oh it aint stock. i dont feel like typing al the mods but one of the main reasons i need is is my new cam im installing next week. needs more air so ive got to give it more air. ( not to metion all the ttanium parts i have in the head
