I am trying to get the cast part at the top of the steering column off of my parts car for someone. I have gotten to the part in the Bentley where it tells me to chisel off the sheer bolt. I am not quite sure I am chiseling the right part, and even so it does not appear to be doing anything! Anyone done this before, or know how to do it? Please! :D
