syncros dont tend to crap the bed all at once across all gears, you feel them slow over time, finding it more necessary to take your time while shifting or rev matching. So my guess is that your tranny is fine.

Possible culprits are clutch, and the hydraulics (clutch master/slave)

The slave tends to go bad, but the usual symtom is clutch pedal hits floor and stays.

Tranny fluid leak? If shes leaking, you'd probably notice.

Linkage might be bad, got any buddys with a shifter you can borrow? Take the shifter out, check the linkage rod, and reassemble.

Odd problem, just thinking aloud. Don't take my word for it, I curse at my cars as an occupation.

it could be the bushings that hold yous shifter in the correct spot with the connecting rods. is your shifter floppy?

koo, my pedal has started losing resistance. I'll replace the cylinders asap :).

When's the last time you changed the tranny fluid? Does it do it even when the car is warm?
