    No more oil on the floor!

    New oil pan = no more leak! :)

    While I was at it - new timing belt - and the steering is all fixed! :)

    So no more oil on the floor, and no more fear of a high tac! :)

    :up::up::up::up::up::up::up::up::up:

    Next step suspension!

    Man it just feels good to have the car in a clean state! I am so happy I got this car for so cheap - and the parts I put into it are easy items.

      Yeah, pretty stoked. I had 197 on the odo, and the timing belt was last done in 1998 with 147. It was freaking me out - and I was not willing to "drive" it until I changed it.

      The motor PULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLS! I cannot wait until summer! ( I do not drive it in the winter)

          Either I'm completely oblivious of a way to bypass the steering rack or you are smoking some serious crack.

              Cool beans! Maintaining cars always gives you that nice warm fuzzy feeling, like buying your girlfriend underwear.

              One day I'll join the club of non-leaking e30s. Only need (another)oil pan, camshaft seals, headgasket, ps rack,ps pump, radiator...

              A tip for anytime you lift the engine up, get some wood and stick it under the engine mounts, your fingers may thank you.

                Yeah I thought like RWDrift that loosing the bolts for the oil pan was a pain in the butt...

                Gunna check your write-up now Eurospeed.
