There are 2 small 8mm nuts that hold it in place.

You just have to feel around and loosen them by hand sometimes there to tight and you ahve to use a small box wrench.

tiny tiny wrist motion. From what I recall, this was an incredible PITA (I have big hands). Just get up in there with a small 8mm socket or box wrench, you might have to use just your fingers to turn it.

If your hands arent sweaty after about 1 full turn you can get it off with your fingers.

Easiest take the side piece off and undo the knurl screws take the whole piece out and then do repair. 6 minute job tops.

after you drop the knee panel you reach up and just unscrew the knurled screws. they are silver takes no time what so ever. Recline seat lay up side down with flash light, it'll be obvious. Takes me now time to grab them, I do it so I can have the twin fog light set-ups.

Hey, while you're under there, wire up your fogs independent and tell me how you do it. Kthx. :)

Dude, you have a '91. You can do the 3 minute relay mod (I did it).

Top left and lower right hand side of the boxy area is where the 8mm nuts should be, if that helps.
