how much would it be to get a head built and where would i have it sent too? thinking about getting one done for my super eta but would like to know how much they go for. anyhow share the info. thanks!

You can find a clean head on ebay everyday for about $200 +/- 100. A full head rebuild will depend on what you'll want a shop do to it and can easily go over 1k which isn't uncommon.
