Radiator Flush, how often?

How often should you flush your radiator fluid?

Also, is it a big deal if I'm missing my anti rattle clip for my calipers? I plan to hit the autox in two weeks :).

Every year or 2 for the coolant flush. Which clip are you talking about? The one intergral to the pads or the rear clip?

The clip you can see from the side of the caliper. It's on the outside of the caliper, goldish/silverish color. Does that help?
