Well I did my brakes Yesterday, and well the Inside edge of my front passenger tire is worn smooth  My car had -3 degree on the Front left(drivers) and -3.5 on that corner last year around March when I had it Alligned. I purchased a .5 degree correction mount for the passenger side so both sides right now should have -3. Since it's been almost exactly a year since I purchased the tire for that side(brande new) I figure maybe I should invest and dial out some of the - camber. So what's a good angle to go with and still have the car handle good, but make my tires last for more then a year?
Best Camber angle and still have some what decent tread wear

Re: Best Camber angle and still have some what decent tread
Somewhat of a loaded question, since your tire type, driving habits (ie, the harder you drive the more even your tire will wear), and toe will determine how much camber affects tire wear.Originally posted by rs4pro3Well I did my brakes Yesterday, and well the Inside edge of my front passenger tire is worn smooth  My car had -3 degree on the Front left(drivers) and -3.5 on that corner last year around March when I had it Alligned. I would say talk to an alignment guy and see what he reccomends. -2* seems like a start. -
Right now I'm running 205/50/R16 Z rated Suminto's up front. The car is a daily driver, but I do go on spirited mountain runs at least ever 2 weeks. Toe Angles were all screwed up front, I'd ahve to find My Alignment sheet to say for sure. But after the Alignment they got the two sides close but not perfect to factory specs. I thinking of buying adjustable upper mounts as I found some for $14085 325e 2.7 ITB'd stroker

-2 is generally what is used for a good street setup, but its all driver preference really.
