leaking oil.. with pic

Hi Guys,

The other day i noticed a few drops of oil in my garage, I was too lazy to get under the car so i used my trusty old N70.. Here's what it came up with. Looks to be a seal, possibly by the oil filter as well.
Gimme a Difficulty Rating... need it fixed.

Your oil filter housing needs to be rebuilt. From what I can see you have the old original oil cooler thermostat housing seal. You can get a rebuilt kit for around $12-$15 from BMA that has an updated design. Be sure to replace the oil cooler line o-rings as well.

It's tricky to get out. I had mine in my hand, and it was still damn tricky. But, it can be done! :D
