    Irradic Idle after hard acceleration

I have a 1986 325es 5spd that has a dinan chip, and I was wondering if you guys could help me figure this out: After hard acceleration (past 4k), when the engine returns to idle (say for a stop light) immediately after, it revs from ~900-1300 rpms, rising and falling rhythmically (like the 1g gsx eclipses did for anyone who has had one). I was wondering if this is an ICV that needs to be replaced, or what would be causing this problem. Any info/direction in solving this problem would be great. Thanks.

Check the intake boot and the hoses going to the ICV for cracks/holes. Clean the ICV and go from there.
