Windshield wiper test

I have sold my 91 and the owner just can not get the wipers to work still. Snce I am a nice guy I offered to help. Does anyone know the pins on the fuse block for bypassing the relay and the fuse number for the wipers No reason to buy a 60+ dollar relay with out testing. I do not hve access to any manuals at the moment.
